How to make the location of outlook calendar pops up choices of the location?

I tried to add a physical location on my appointment in Outlook. it will usually pops up the auto suggestions/choices of the location. recently, it looks like it is disabled. How can i get this feature back? Thank you.

Can I set up an out of office automatic reply for only those outside of my organization?

I would like the option to send different auto replies to those within and outside of my organization, or to only send auto replies to contacts outside of my organization. Is that possible? I prefer New Outlook but am currently using Classic.

Recover "lost" Sent Email

For some reason, I'm not able to locate an original sent email with BCCs on it. I can see the original email in threads after a reply, but not with all the BCC recipients.

in outlook if we open multiple email the stack list shows arrow to up and down is missing.

I am unable to view calendars that are shared with me

Since 6/16 I have not been able to view calendars that are shared with me. I had the person who shared the calendar with me try to delete and then re add me but it gives her an error message.

Outlook: Dismissing/Snoozing reminders not working

When I snooze or dismiss a reminder, the reminder reappears within 3 seconds, rather than 5 mins snooze or being dismissed. This is disruptive and is stacking up overdue/historic meetings making it hard to navigate upcoming reminders/tasks/meetings.
