I have a Family account that I have paid for but I do not know how to access it. I had brought this up during a live chat in March 2026 and received a reply, but no follow-up

    Hi K Govindan

I understand you paid for a Microsoft 365 Family subscription but are not sure which account it is linked to or how to access it.

Please first check the Services & subscriptions page using any personal Microsoft accounts you may have used for the purchase: Microsoft account services. If the subscription is linked to the account you signed in with, it should appear there as active. Microsoft’s subscription guidance also notes that if the subscription does not appear, you may be signed in with a different Microsoft account than the one used for purchase.

If you still cannot find the subscription, this is something only Microsoft billing/account support can check, because the Community forum cannot access your account, billing records, or escalation tickets.

Since you have contacted Microsoft Support once, I would suggest opening another ticket and request a follow up on it. Kindly provide the case/ticket reference from the email, the email address you may have used for the purchase, and proof of payment. For your privacy, please do not post your full email address, order number, payment details, or ticket number publicly in the forum.

    Thank you for your understanding
