Feature details
This feature surfaces real-time status updates for each knowledge source file. If a file has issues during loading or processing, makers see clear status indicators.
Previously, makers had limited visibility into whether their files were loading or being used effectively at runtime. With this update, makers can now track the status of each knowledge file, helping them identify whether files are ready, in progress, or encountering issues—without needing to rely as heavily on engineering support.
Makers can see the status of knowledge files in the Knowledge page in Copilot Studio. Knowledge files are listed, with a column for the file's status, such as Ready, In Progress, Error, or Unknown.
