Download and install the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app for iOS, Android, and Windows devices. It gives technicians the tools they need to serve customers onsite.
Prerequisites
A system administrator has set up the mobile app, user profiles, and security roles.
Download the mobile app
Select your device type to download the app directly:

An administrator can also download the package from the app center and distribute it to users using Microsoft Intune.
