Missing "old" legacy Certifications on actual Microsoft Learning Profile account

I took a series of Microsoft exams and certifications (MCSA, for example) in the past, starting in 2003. I even have paper copies of it, but the certifications were associated with an old hotmail email address that I stopped using and no longer have access to it. I also have a physical card with my MCP ID (Microsoft Certification Identification Number). These are now becoming very important to me, professionally. Is there any way to recover them?

I cannot login to "Engage Center | Help + Support" https://engagecenter.microsoft.com/auth/login/ and post a support ticket as a "Personal User" because somehow I´m stuck in the "Support for Business" workspace and I´m unable to change it. This is happening because I can´t "Switch" Directory at the "Portal settings | Directories + subscriptions".

    Have a look at:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

    ...

Some older exams and certifications have aged out of the Certification Program and are no longer available in customer Learn profiles.
