Connect Sonos to iTunes

I have just bought a new pc. I have tried to connect my Sonos to itunes which worked fine on my old pc but not on the new one. On the phone to Sonos for an hour and a half but still not fixed. Sonos suggested that the problem may be that itunes is stored, along with all my files, from OneDrive. So.. how do I disconnect OneDrive from the itunes file please? I'm on Windows 11 by the way.
