How do I recover my microsoft account when my email and password were both changed?

My microsoft account was hacked on 7th June, the email was changed, so was the password, and I can't log into my minecraft account anymore, altough, I can prove that I own the account with a minecraft buyment receipt sent to the email used and also security alerts, not from when the account was hacked, but from when I logged into it and used the email. What should I do?
