Enforcement.xbox.com "cant show notifications right now try again later"

Since 21st March my enforcement.xbox.com says "can't show notifications right now try again later "

Ive done everything microsoft support said

Inognito

Use edge Firefox etc

Try different wifi networks etx

It only affects my account "ASirensFlame"

Im unable to appeal any bans and currently serving a ban till May 2027 because someone at "xbOx sAfEtY tEaM" has done something yo my account.

My next steps are

Lettet of dispute

Then legal action

I dont live in the usa so I cant rock upto xbox and ask them "politely"

I aint losing a gamertag amd years of games all because someone wants to trip over power"
