You can also use Explorer Patcher to move the taskbar to the top.

AFAIK, moving the taskbar will be available natively, though I'm not sure exactly when.

I own a dell XPS 13 9360 that has windows 10, I still use it for YouTube, and I have it set up like a mac with the taskbar at the top. how can I do the same thing in windows 11?
