    Hello

The error message indicates that DKIM=fail.

The example domain you provided has DKIM configuration issues, hence they are rejected by Microsoft. Please let their support know, once corrected, their emails can be accepted typically within 24 hours. See Microsoft's announcement about SPF/DMARC/DKIM requirements here:  https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/microsoftdefenderforoffice365blog/strengthening-email-ecosystem-outlook%E2%80%99s-new-requirements-for-high%E2%80%90volume-senders/4399730
