I created a new Azure account for my office and added a custom domain name and updated the values in DNS TXT record, but could not able to verify my domain, so i checked in whatismytenantid.com and entered my domain name it shows a tenant id which does not belongs to me, and i am the admin managing the DNS kindly remove the tenant id so that i can able to verify for my domain.

I suggest reaching out via support. We had kind of the same issue, where the domain was registered on another tenant. If you're not the owner of the tenant, where your desired domain is registered, chances are low to get it.

Have you maybe created a tenant in the past where you have add the desired domain? Then you could just simple delete the tenant (if not in use) to release the domain.
