Hi,

I assume there is adequate Storage space on your microsoft account, which you can verify at https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage&sw=bypassConfig

If that is the case, please send an email from one of your other accounts to the Hotmail account. Let me know what bounce-back message is received for that account. This helps me understand what is going on.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
