Why my MS TEAMS is working very slow and I found that all profile picture and channel icons turned to grey.
I don't know why because I've tried to log in on the another laptop but it's work well and all Icon still have the color.
And I didn't faced this problem once I've use the MS TEAMS on website.

I also tried to uninstalled and reinstalled as many times but I cannot fix this problem.
Please suggest me for what I can do.

Thank you.

    Dear @Suphawat Thongsawang,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, Microsoft Teams is very slow and all profile pictures and channel icons appear as grey placeholders in the desktop app, while everything works normally on another device and on Teams web.

The issue appears to be related to the Teams desktop client on your device, rather than your account or service, since it works correctly on another device and in the web version. Here are some suggestions you can try:

Try to check the connection of your device

    • Ensure your device is connected to a stable network, try switching between Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot to see if there is any improvement.
    • If you are using VPN, try disconnecting it temporarily.

    Update Wi-Fi/network drivers

    • Open Device Manager > Expand Network adapters > Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter and select Update driver > Restart your device after updating

    Clear the Teams cache

    • Exit Teams completely (right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar and select Quit)
    • Press Windows + R, type:
        %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

    • Delete all files and folders in this directory
    • Restart Teams and sign in again

For detailed information, please refer to this article Clear the Teams client cache

    Fully close background processes

    • Open Task Manager and end all Teams-related processes before reopening the app

    Check device performance

    • Ensure your device is not under heavy CPU or memory load, as this can cause Teams to run slowly

I hope my information above can help you resolve the issue, if you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
