A cloud-based identity and access management service for securing user authentication and resource access
Tenant reactivation for AADSTS5000225 cannot be performed here. To request reactivation:
- Ensure the tenant has been blocked for less than 20 days. After 20 days in the inactive state, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- As the tenant administrator, contact Microsoft support using the global support phone numbers listed here: https://support.microsoft.com/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2.
- Provide the tenant ID and the error details (including AADSTS5000225, Trace ID, Correlation ID, and timestamp) to the support engineer.
- Do not open multiple support requests for the same tenant; wait for a response and decision on the existing case.
If the tenant has already been in the blocked state for more than 20 days, it is deleted and cannot be reactivated. In that case, a new tenant must be created.
