I try to log into my outlook account on microsoft so i can go into further settings, so i go to the sign in page and sign in, then it sends me right back to the sign in page. Ive been having this problem for maybe a month now and ive researched it and cant find any solutions. My account was just recently hacked but i did change my password and havent had any activity recently that i know of.

Any microsoft app i go into works but when i try to go to account settings, it takes me back to the sign and does the same thing again. Ive tried clearing cookies and site data, and that’s it

In this case, can you please go to https://account.live.com/Activity and select "Sign out everywhere" and try to sign back in to see if the issue persists?
It does not say “sign out” anywhere on the website and instead i see when my account is signed into

If the "Sign out everywhere" button is not there. Can you please go into the security tab instead?
Also, may I know if the issue persists when you try to use another device? Preferably something that you haven't signed in.

I found the sign out everywhere button so i did that, but the issue does happen on other devices and other devices im not signed in on.
