A collaborative workspace app in Microsoft 365 designed to help teams co-create, stay organized, and work together in real time across apps and devices.
Dear @Elena Kalugina
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. I understand how frustrating this can be. Please know you’re not alone in this, and I’ll do my best to help you.
The availability of Copilot in Loop is not just dependent on following setup steps, but also on licensing and tenant configuration. For example, Microsoft officially requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license (in addition to an eligible base license such as E3 or E5), and these licenses must be properly assigned by your organization before Copilot features will appear.
For more information, please refer to this Microsoft Official Guide here: Compare Microsoft Loop, Copilot Pages, and Copilot Notebooks and Microsoft 365 Copilot plans for business
To better assist you and narrow down the root cause, could you please provide a bit more detail about the situation?
- What exact error message or behavior you’re seeing? and whether it affects just one user or multiple users.
- If possible, screenshots or a short description of the steps leading up to the issue would also be very useful.
- When you mention upgrading to “premium,” can you confirm the exact Copilot subscription you purchased?
- Which Microsoft 365 subscription you’re currently using? For example, Microsoft 365 Business, E3, or E5?
In the meantime, you can follow this article for instructions to enable Copilot in Microsoft Loop: How to use Copilot to Microsoft Loop for productivity?
