Please try some suggestions bellow to see if the problem can be fixed:
- If you're using a laptop, please turn off your computer then press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. Your laptop will reinitiate devices and may recognize the Bluetooth device again.
- Navigate to your laptop or motherboard support page to download and install latest Bluetooth drivers.
If any of the above suggestions can help, you don't need to do the rest.
In case above suggestions cannot help, please give me your Windows version and laptop model.
