Managing tabs, address bar, and search settings in Edge on Windows 10

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have been experiencing a persistent issue with the Microsoft Edge sidebar, which stopped working around August 2025. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps — including checking sidebar settings, signing out and back into my Microsoft account, clearing cache/cookies, testing with a Guest Profile, repairing and resetting Edge, and even reinstalling the latest stable version — the sidebar has not returned. I also submitted feedback in November 2025 but have not received a response. Since the sidebar is an important part of my workflow, I would appreciate guidance on whether this is a known issue related to account rollout or backend settings, and what steps I can take to restore it.

Hi Arafi,
A few more details are required.
Is the screen blank of the sidebar or is there any error code?
Any corporate accounts added to the Windows computer?
Does the Sidebar show with Mobile Hotspot or a different network?
I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
