what is procinfo.exe? I get a popup that tells me that procinfo.exe application wouldn't start

What do I look for to resolve this problem? What do I look for in installed programs so that i can uninstall it.
What is the make of your PC, is it a HP, procinfo.exe is used by some PC utilities installed by the PC manufacturer like HP Insights telemetry.
